We accept payments in fiat- and crypto-currencies via Stripe (credit cards) and paypal.

Refund Policy
Until December 13, 2024, all tickets are fully refundable, minus a $150 cancellation fee which covers our payment processor fees, money transfer fees, and processing of purchase/reservation. Refunds will be sent after the fruit festival and before April 1, 2025.
After December 13, 2024, should you wish to cancel your ticket, you may receive either an in-house credit for the full amount for a future festival, or you may receive a 50% cash refund (forfeiting any remaining credit.) In-house credit is usable for future festivals (AFF 2026, for example) and is transferable to other people.
Before December 1, 2024, should you change your accommodation to a cheaper option, or cancel your tent rental, you will receive a refund of the full difference in price. Refunds will be sent after the fruit festival and before April 1, 2025. After December 13, 2024, should you change your accommodation option or cancel your tent rental, you will receive in-house credit (usable for future festivals and transferable to another person) for the difference in price.
If you paid in cryptocurrency, we reserve the right to refund your ticket in either cryptocurrency or U.S. Dollars, depending on if we’ve converted the currency yet. In case it is refunded in U.S. Dollars, the exchange rate will be that at which we performed the conversion. We are not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate, nor are we responsible for any tax liabilities you may incur from any tax authority due to capital gains or losses from changes in the exchange rate. We will deduct from your refund a $150 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) cancellation fee which covers our payment processor fees, money transfer fees, and processing of purchase/reservation. Refunds will be sent after the fruit festival and before April 1, 2025.
In the extremely unlikely event that the festival is canceled, we will refund all tickets in a timely manner. We hold sufficient funds in reserve to cover this possibility. In this case, we will cover money transfer fees for the refund.
COVID-19 Refund Policy
We will refund your full ticket price, minus payment processing fees when applicable, if you are unable to attend the festival for any of the reasons listed below:
- COVID-19 related travel bans or travel restrictions in your country of origin, Ecuador, or any country you must transit to arrive in Ecuador from your country of origin
- COVID-19 mandatory vaccinations in Ecuador, or any country you must transit to arrive in Ecuador from your country of origin
- A positive COVID-19 test result preventing you from legally traveling to countries that require a negative test result at the time of your travel, whether that is your country of origin, Ecuador, or any country you must transit to arrive in Ecuador from your country of origin. Note that you must show that you received a second test in order to qualify for this refund.
The COVID-19 refund policy supersedes any contradictory terms in the normal refund policy above. Please note that you will also have the option to convert your ticket to credit towards the AFF 2026.
